It’s that time of the week again! Thats right it’s 4am on Sunday morning and I can’t get to sleep, so without further fuss lets get down to business.

This week I will be teaching you how to make Jamie’s Curried Rice. Perfect as a side dish, a main dish or an exotic desert!

Ingredients
- Rice
- Onion
- Mushrooms
- Peas
- Curry Powder / Sauce
Method
- Chop the onion and the mushrooms up and mix in a frying pan
- Start boiling the rice
- About five minutes into boiling begin frying the mushrooms and onion
- Once the rice has boiled add the peas and boil until the peas are done
- Drain the rice and add to the frying pan, stir continually while adding the curry powder or sauce.
- Once it looks and smells tasty (about a minute of stirring should do) it’s done!
